Nothing is too much trouble for the excellent staff. Good restaurant. Fantastic views over the lake and well worth having a lakeside room. Many beautiful places to visit within the locality and easy access by car, bike or on foot. Good place to relax,
It would be helpful to have a set of drawers inside the wardrobe as there is little storage for smaller items

The hotel was by the lake and had great views. Plus, the breakfast was quite impressive, with a nice selection. the location was also convenient, with a pier nearby, and great spots for hiking. Another plus was the sauna, which was an excellent way to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The noise from the road was loud and constant. It was tough to get a good night's sleep.

A gripped and organised family hotel, with a cosy restaurant (lighting possibly a bit bright - more candles would have helped) and its own courtyard parking. Owners friendly, staff thoroughly helpful. Good value for money.

Row-boat, steam, sauna, bikes, breakfast buffet all included! Room was totally comfortable and clean. I think it's the only lake-front hotel in Kochel and it was perfect for us.

Had a great xmas staying at a hotel with stunning views, a delicious breakfast, and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was perfect as we had easy access to the lake and surrounding mountains. One of the best aspects was the sauna which was a great way to end the day after walking in the mountains. the food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, especially the local fresh fish.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the Wi-Fi only worked outside of our room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very nice hotel with an amazing view over the lake, friendly and helpfull staff and a good restaurant. Breakfast was basic, but good. The wellness area is very nice with direct access to the lake. A very good value for money.
It could be a bit cleaner, the rooms are clean, there are just a lot of spiderwebs at the ceilings/windows/balcony).

We loved that the hotel is right on the lake shore, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated the hotel facilities like the sauna and beer garden. The breakfast buffet was tasty and diverse, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Nothing, all excellent.

The view was awesome, the morning breakfast was special due to our morning ritual of having our very own table, #42, the place settings were neat, reminded my wife of her time with her grandparents...
The bed was kinda different, had a slit in the middle, kinda made it hard for my wife and I to, ya know, enjoy cuddling but we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The bathroom was tiny but again, we made it work...
